On July 25, 2024, the Oleevia Foundation, in association with Tabaz Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre, organized a transformative Wellness and Rehabilitation Camp at Mathrusadanam in Kallekkad, Palakkad. This camp was meticulously planned to address the healthcare needs of the mothers residing in Mathrusadanam, providing them with access to essential physiotherapy and rehabilitation services.
The camp featured a variety of services, including comprehensive physiotherapy sessions, individualized health assessments, and tailored rehabilitation plans. Expert physiotherapists from Tabaz Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre worked diligently, offering their expertise to ensure that each attendee received the best possible care. The focus was on alleviating physical discomfort, promoting mobility, and enhancing overall well-being.
The mothers of Mathrusadanam were overwhelmed with joy and gratitude for the care they received during the camp. Many shared personal stories of relief from chronic pain and improved physical function, expressing how the camp had significantly enhanced their quality of life. The personalized attention and compassionate care provided by the physiotherapists left a lasting impression on the community.
For the physiotherapists, the camp was an enchanting experience of service. They were deeply moved by the resilience and warmth of the mothers, finding immense fulfillment in being able to contribute to their health and happiness. The camp not only provided medical support but also fostered a sense of community and connection between the healthcare providers and the residents.
The success of this initial phase has paved the way for a second phase, scheduled to be conducted next week. The upcoming phase will continue to focus on providing ongoing care and support to the residents of Mathrusadanam, ensuring that their health needs are consistently met. This continuity of care is vital for the long-term well-being of the community.
